Early in the morning on Sunday, June 3, 2018, a single-vehicle car accident involving Lil Scrappy and Ca$ino Roulette resulted in serious injuries. Lil Scrappy, who was driving the white Mercedes, fell asleep at the wheel and crashed into a utility pole. He suffered a broken foot and was in the hospital for 8 days. Ca$ino Roulette spent 3 days in the ICU for life-threatening injuries, including bruised lungs, liver, and kidneys, a concussion, and broken ribs. He also had to undergo 2 major surgeries to repair his ruptured large intestine.
