HOW WE WORK
Clients do not pay us by the hour but are contracted on a contingency basis. This means you do not pay any fees or costs unless we win your case. This allows our clients to focus on their recovery and getting back to normal after a loss.
After you contact Schlacter Law and want to retain our services, we will make an appointment for you to sign up with our firm. Our number one goal is to make this process as easy as possible. We can accommodate electronic signing though your smartphone, an in-office appointment, a FaceTime or Skype call, or the most popular method is for one of our investigators to come out to your home or work to gather evidence and bring the paperwork. Our sign-up process generally takes 10-15 minutes depending on the type of case.
Shortly after the sign-up process, you will have a case strategy session with our firm. At that time we will gather all necessary information to begin working on your case immediately. Our firm will take appropriate photographs, and we will send out necessary letters to preserve vital evidence in your case. We may also send out engineers, code compliance professionals, adjusters, or other experts to gather as much information as possible from the inception of your case. This allows us to move the case very quickly and to get clients the maximum compensation they deserve.
